Processing Time

Every order ships from right here in Australia — dispatched within 2-3 business days of purchase.

Australia (Domestic)

Standard Shipping (Australia Post) — $11 AUD, or free on orders over $60 — arrives in 2-6 business days depending on your location.
Express Shipping (Australia Post) — $15 AUD — arrives next business day for most metro areas, up to 2-3 business days for regional addresses.

New Zealand

Standard International Shipping (Australia Post) — $20 AUD flat rate. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on customs processing.

All orders are delivered via Australia Post, with tracking sent straight to your inbox the moment your order ships.

Free Shipping

Orders over $60 AUD (Australia only) ship free — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Customs & Import Duties (New Zealand)

Any customs duties or import taxes charged by New Zealand are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.
